Refund and Cancellation Policy
When a payment on worldorder.lol can be refunded, when it cannot, and how to reach a human about a charge.
Instant digital delivery
A listing goes live the moment the payment clears, so the service is delivered immediately and in full. For that reason a completed bid is generally not refundable once the listing is on the board.
When we do refund
We refund in full if you were charged and the listing never went live, if the same bid was charged twice, or if a technical fault on our side made the listing unusable. Write to us within 30 days of the charge and we will return the amount to the original payment method.
Being outbid is not a fault
Losing the top spot to a higher bid is how the board works and is not grounds for a refund. The headline shows the rank your amount buys before you pay, and any rank can be passed at any time.
Cancelling
There is nothing to cancel: payments are one-time, no subscription is created and no payment method is stored. If you want a listing taken down, ask us and we will remove it — removal does not refund the amount already paid.
